Hoping to instill customer confidence in the Iams brand amid pet food recalls, Iams has launched the Iams Promise site, and is offering a free 4-pound bag of Iams cat food (a $10 value) to the first 250,000 people who fill out the form, and the company intends to give away 1 million pounds of free food altogether. Iams dry foods do not contain wheat gluten.
