Many Sunday papers this week had a coupon for a free cat toy with the purchase of any three Del Monte pet products. Del Monte makes 9Lives and Pounce. With the coupon, you can pick a toy valued at up to $2. If you didn't get the coupon, you can "purchase" them online (actually you pay for the labor and shipping) via sites such as The Coupon Master.
